In reply to Rhyming with Wine. Thats great!It really is buttery and a little sweet.I made it for this dish and then reheated it for Xmas day and again when I cooked another Gammon on the 28th.I just warmed it through in the oven for ten mins!It was lush!x

I love a good roasted gammon and I actually really enjoy red cabbage too, but every time I have tried to cook it it has been a disaster.
