This delicious Quick and Easy Stir Fry Teriyaki Minced Beef with Noodles is perfect for a midweek meal. It's healthy too with added green vegetables and wholewheat noodles.
Cook your noodles according to the packet instructions.
Whilst the noodles are cooking, in the largest frying pan you've got or even better a wok, brown your mince off (cook till you can't see any more red in the mince) in 2 tbsp of oil. Sprinkle over a tbsp of flour and mix through well.
Add the chopped broccoli and sliced baby sweetcorn and cook on a gentle heat for a further five minutes. Stir every 30 seconds or so. Put a lid on if you have one and stir every minute.
Add in the mange tout and teriyaki sauce.
Stir through and cook for a further 5 minutes stirring regularly.
Add the noodles in and mix well through. I like to use a pair of forks to carefully turn the noodles over and through the beefy mixture.
Serve straight away whilst piping hot. Add more sauce if you like it extra saucy.
