Hi Aimee, I'm afraid I have never made it with anything other than the jelly. You could just use gelatin and strawberry jam I imagine but I would not be confident to tell you the amounts required until I had made it myself. I'm sorry I cannot help you more. The Strawberry Pavlova might be another good option or the raspberry and white chocolate cheesecake is a pretty special recipe. Thanks for reaching out.
