Thanks Eb. We went to Rome about 5 years ago and ate in this restaurant off the beaten track. It was where all the locals eat and they couldn't understand us and we couldn't understand them. We ordered somehow and were served this AMAZING bread smothered in Olive Oil that was one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten...ever. I've been a bit obsessed ever since with olive oil!
