					<description><![CDATA[A delicious cake and a good imitation of the Mr Kipling old favourite! I alternate your recipe and a ‘rub in’ method which makes for a more dense cake. 
Top tip for yours = freezing it in portions is good. I’d say more of a ‘special occaion’ cake rather than a weekly one for lunchboxes as it doesn’t keep for more than a few days.
2nd tip = hollow out a circular indentation in the middle of the cake batter prior to baking. This prevents doming and helps to form a more flat topped cake.]]></description>
