Can I ask which cocoa others used for this? I used dr oetkers and it was intensely chocolatey I wondered if others used a diff cocoa I doubt my school went for the high end stuff 🙂

Thank you so much I made this today and was zoomed back to my childhood absolutely delicious I remember queuing up
For this at middle school at tuck time :-). I increased everything slightly to match my 250 g block butter as I hate having little bits of butter in fridge it was perfect. I dusted with icing sugar at end I love it will be making some to bring into work next week all the over 40s will get the nostalgia!

I’ve tried this recipe twice now and it’s amazing!!
Second time I ran out of cocoa powder so used chocolate orange hot choc powder and some dark chocolate I had and tasted great also! Thanks for the recipe! Xx
