Make your gravy with the granules and 400 mls just boiled water.
Put the minced beef in your slow cooker pot.
Tip on your gravy, stock pots and onions.
Mix together well and cook on Low for 6 hours.
Ten minutes before you are ready to eat scatter in your vegetables and stir through.
Serves four easily.

Use whatever vegetables suit you and your diners
To make this not in your slow cooker then simmer over a gentle heat for 20 minutes or cook in your oven in a casserole pot for an hour at 180 C/250 F/Gas Mark 4
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days and reheat till piping hot throughout
Thicken if required with a little cornflour mixed in water
